Sponsor the Show

One check, two organizations

Sponsorship backs a 100% volunteer fire company and a police benevolent association at the same time, in front of a few hundred neighbours who will remember who paid for it. Every dollar stays in Springfield Township.

Vendors

Sell to a street full of people who came to spend

Vendor space is available along Willow Grove Avenue for the full 4–8 PM window. It's a family crowd on a Saturday evening with nowhere else to be — food moves, and so does anything car-adjacent.

Limited spaces available

Vendor space

Food trucks & concessions

A hungry crowd for four straight hours, with the beer garden running alongside. Bring your own power or tell us what you need.

Automotive & retail

Detailers, shops, parts, apparel, die-cast, signage, photography — anything that belongs in front of car people.

Community & nonprofit

Local organizations and community groups are welcome on the street. Ask about nonprofit space.

How to reserve a spot

  1. Email Dan Bennett with your business name, what you're selling, and the space and power you need.
  2. Confirm your space and fee. Dan will come back with availability, pricing and load-in details.
  3. Load in before 4 PM on Saturday, August 22. Load-in times are assigned once you're confirmed.

Vendor pricing and space dimensions are set by the committee and confirmed by email — they aren't published here. Spots are limited and are assigned in the order they're confirmed.
